Production and transformation of hazelnuts and walnuts into liqueurs, oils, nougats, biscuits, massage oils, moisturisers and soaps.
The video demonstration shows how the hazlenut trees are grown, the equipment used to transform the nuts, the oil press and soap manufacture.
